Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email us at jebbejenb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please contact us before sending your return. Exchange availability depends on current stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can help promptly.
